Shelby County Division of Community Services and the Memphis & Shelby County Department of Planning and Development are accepting applications for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG-CV2) COVID-19 Mortgage and Utility Assistance Program. Households who are seeking help with their current utility bill can apply for assistance with their water charges/fees connected to their utility account. Volunteers also will hand out weatherization kits as well as boxes with a two-week supply of food while supplies last. If you have ALL of the above, you qualify for Regular Assistance.
